Afflicted

A one-shot spinoff of the Little Death series, Afflicted is about Ellery, a trans boy trying to escape a castle of horror, dark magic, and undead ghoul soldiers, while under the effects of a body modification spell that makes his chest inflate whenever he feels threatened. His escape is thwarted by Ghregor and Aggelos, two ghouls instructed to guard the castle, and keep Ellery in line. Must be 18+ to order.
